KICKS CREW is an international platform for sneakers, apparel, and sporting goods. Its partners supply the products, which pass through designated company facilities before going to the buyer. An order’s origin can vary by item.
For U.S. shoppers, the short answer is that KICKS CREW is a real, established operation, but the delivered cost can be considerably higher than the product’s listed price after shipping, applicable sales tax, and any additional charges disclosed for the order. Its return policy can also make a purchase expensive to undo.
How does KICKS CREW work?
Under its current Terms and Conditions, the partner handling an order sends the item to a designated KICKS CREW facility. The company may inspect its condition, consistency with the listing, packaging, and compliance with quality standards. If it fails inspection, KICKS CREW may try another partner or cancel and refund the order.
The catalog does not necessarily represent company-owned inventory sitting in one warehouse. Sourcing the product from a partner is part of processing, and you should factor that stage into your timing. The shipping page currently estimates 7–10 business days for processing, followed by an estimated 2–6 business days for U.S. delivery.
Does KICKS CREW sell authentic products?
KICKS CREW says it sells authentic products and inspects orders before shipping. That control reduces risk without making mistakes impossible. Save the order number, product description, and records of the delivery so you can contact support about any discrepancy.

Is KICKS CREW a marketplace?
The platform handles payment and logistics while partners supply the merchandise. That differs from a service where any consumer can list a personal pair of used shoes. The conditions governing an order are in the KICKS CREW Terms and Conditions.
Does KICKS CREW ship to the United States?
The platform ships to numerous countries using international carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, EMS, and others. The final carrier depends on the destination and order fulfillment. U.S. shipping is listed in its shipping information; confirm eligibility for your specific item and address at checkout.
The current shipping page lists a $35 U.S. shipping charge per item. Treat that as a published reference, not a guarantee for every basket: bulky footwear, multiple items, the destination, or changes to the shipping schedule can affect the amount. Use the total shown at checkout for your order.
U.S. sales tax and cross-border charges
KICKS CREW says most international orders ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Unless checkout states otherwise, import duties, customs charges, brokerage, and other destination-country charges are not included in the item price or shipping. Do not assume an international shipment is duty-paid simply because you have already paid for delivery.
For a U.S. order, KICKS CREW calculates applicable sales tax using the shipping address. Sales tax and customs duties are different charges. If the order involves a cross-border shipment, check what checkout says is included and whether the carrier may collect additional amounts; do not assume every U.S. order follows the same route or tax treatment.
Use the current KICKS CREW shipping information and the itemized checkout for your address rather than a fixed tax percentage quoted in an old review. A shipping charge is not proof that all taxes and duties have been paid. If a charge remains unclear, ask support before ordering and keep its response with your purchase records.
What is the actual total cost?
- The sneaker’s price;
- shipping calculated for your order at checkout;
- any currency-conversion or foreign-transaction fee your payment provider actually applies;
- any import duties that apply to a cross-border shipment and are not already included;
- applicable state and local sales tax;
- customs-clearance or carrier brokerage fees, if charged;
- potential return or size-exchange costs.
Canceling an order
You can request cancellation before shipment, but approval depends on how far the order has progressed. The terms specify a charge of 25% of the item price when a cancellation is approved. Check that condition before paying, especially if you are still unsure of your size.
Exchanging for another size
KICKS CREW currently allows one size exchange, subject to approval and availability. The buyer covers costs such as return shipping, reshipping, and any price difference between sizes. Original shipping is nonrefundable, and any duties paid on an imported order are not automatically transferred or refunded by the platform.
Returns: deadline and restocking fee
Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. The product must remain unworn, with its tags, accessories, and original packaging. The terms require unboxing documentation; see below for what to record.
Get approval before sending anything back. Place the original shoebox inside a protective shipping box, without attaching tape or a label directly to the shoebox. Final Sale and other excluded promotional items do not qualify for ordinary returns.
For approved returns, the terms allow a 15% restocking fee based on the returned item’s purchase value, including original shipping and applicable sales tax. Original shipping is nonrefundable, and the customer pays return shipping. For U.S. orders, refunds are issued as store credit under the current policy. Do not budget on receiving cash or a refund to your card for an ordinary return.
Compare those costs with the savings you expect when buying. A small price advantage on the sneakers can disappear if you need to return them.
Why record the unboxing?
The terms ask for a recording of the package being opened. Capture the outer box, shipping label, opening process, and condition of the product. The video documents what arrived, but it does not by itself guarantee that a claim will be approved.
Authentic older sneakers can still show aging
Authenticity and physical integrity are different things. A sneaker can be genuine and unworn while its glue, foam, rubber, or other components have aged. This is particularly relevant to vintage pairs and older releases that have spent many years in storage.
Before wearing an older pair, check for sole separation, cracks, sticky material, crumbling, oxidation, and deformation. Authentication assesses a product’s origin and characteristics; it cannot make old materials new again. Our guide to hydrolysis and caring for older sneakers explains one form of degradation that affects certain materials.
How to read complaints about delays and customer service
Public reports describe delays, difficulties reaching support, and return costs. Those accounts are worth considering, but they do not establish that the platform is fake. With international fulfillment, a poor experience can involve sourcing from a partner, customs, the carrier, or a return policy the buyer had not read.
The best preparation is to read the terms before ordering and save all correspondence, invoices, tracking information, and receipts for any taxes or duties paid.
KICKS CREW vs. GOAT vs. StockX
The three operate differently. GOAT combines resale, retail partners, used pairs, and Instant items; StockX has its Verified Marketplace and other formats; KICKS CREW works with partners that send products for inspection and shipment preparation.
For a U.S. purchase, focus on total cost, condition, buyer protection, returns, and applicable taxes, rather than the lowest displayed item price.
What is the official KICKS CREW website?
The official domain is kickscrew.com. Avoid look-alike domains, purported support messages asking for payment outside checkout, and ads designed to impersonate the company.
Compare GOAT’s buying policies and our StockX–GOAT comparison as well. For a cross-border order, establish the shipping origin, destination charges and return route before calculating the delivered cost.
